The smaller sizes 4 21 to 8 25, have a smaller sized bow + sizes 9 26 and up have a larger bow. The buckle is strictly just for looks + the strap is attached with Velcro. Bows are individually stitched onto each shoe. FLAWED SHOES have imperfections. The body of the shoe is standard, however they will show minor cosmetic flaws. Most flaws not noticeable to "the
