Women's Work Caramelised Onion Relish Grocery Matured for 15 years andFresh Australian onions are slowly caramelised then bought to life with balsamic vinegar. The flavour profile is rich, dark, sweet and sour with a dense caramel that goes all the way through to the nose. Expect a pop of smokey balsamic vinigar on the nose before the sweet onion comes through. A perfect friend to all cheeses, but does particularly well with a strong blue.
