Antique Art Deco Era Sterling Silver Chatelaine Pencil - Chester 1924 Measuring a lovely 4This absolutely darling piece dates to the late Art Deco era and is fully hallmarked for manufacture in 1924 with assay marks for the Chester assay office. Manufactured by Villiers & Jackson who resided in Hockey Hill, Birmingham, this exquisite little collectible item would originally have been worn from a Chatelaine but today would be worn from a silver chain at the throat and of course could still be used for her original purpose as the pencil
