They are cut from cotton, and have coated millinery wire inside. This allows you to shape the tie into a bow, scrunch or how ever else you care to fashion it. It also allows you to have a tight or loose fit. Average size 85cm length x 7cm width finished size. As we use off cuts from our garments there may be slight variance.
